ASCO 2026: CROWN Shows Encouraging 7-Year PFS with First-Line Lorlatinib in ALK-Positive NSCLC
At ASCO 2026, Tony Mok, Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, presented the 7-year follow-up from the Phase III CROWN study comparing lorlatinib with crizotinib in advanced ALK-positive NSCLC. After 7 years of treatment lorlatinib continues to demonstrate highly positive long-term data on progression-free survival and intracranial disease control, along with updated safety analyses assessing the durability of first-line treatment with a third-generation ALK inhibitor.
