ASCO 2026: Phase III Study Evaluates Novel Radiopharmaceutical in mCRPC

Preliminary results from the phase III ProstACT Global study were presented by Pedro C. Barata, MD, MSc, FACP, Associate Professor, University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center, Cleveland, Ohio, USA, at the ASCO 2026 Congress. He discusses the safety profile and dosimetry of the antibody-based radiopharmaceutical ¹⁷⁷Lu-rosopatamab tetraxetan in combination with standard of care for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, and how these findings support the ongoing randomized phase of the study.
