New Spatial Profiling Method Reveals Immune Interactions During Ovarian Cancer Evolution
At the European Ovarian Cancer Conference, postdoctoral researcher Tanjina Kader from Harvard Medical School presented a new morphology-preserving DNA-FISH method that enables simultaneous mapping of chromosomal alterations and immune microenvironments in ovarian cancer precursor lesions. The findings reveal how specific genomic changes may shape local immune responses during early cancer evolution.
