Anna Sureda Balari

Anna Sureda Balari, MD, PhD, is Head of the Onco-Hematology Service at the Blood Cell Barcelona Hematology Institute at Dexeus University Hospital in Catalonia, Spain. Her scientific research areas include Hodgkin’s lymphoma, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and the analysis of results and prognostic factors related to the autologous and allogeneic transplantation of hematopoietic progenitors in patients with lymphoproliferative syndromes.

Dr. Balari is, among others, a member of the Spanish Society of Hematology and Hemotherapy (SEHH), the European Hematology Association (EHA), and the American Society of Hematology (ASH). She is also a a regular reviewer for several renowned journals.
