Birgitte Liang Chen Thomsen

Birgitte Liang Chen Thomsen is a medical doctor, graduated in 2020, and currently a PhD student at the Danish Research Centre for Magnetic Resonance (DRCMR) at Hvidovre Hospital, Denmark.

Her research focuses on movement disorders, particularly Parkinson’s disease, which she has been studying since 2016. Her work combines neuroimaging methods with MRI and PET and clinical assessments to better understand the mechanisms and clinical manifestations of Parkinson’s disease.
