Farhad Ravandi

Professor of Medicine and Chief of Section of Developmental Therapeutics in the Department of Leukemia at the University of Texas – M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Texas, USA.

His main areas of interests are therapy of acute myeloid leukemia, as well as rare leukemias including Philadelphia positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia, hairy cell leukemia and T-cell leukemias. He has authored several book chapters and many articles in peer-reviewed journals. He is a member of several professional societies including the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and Society of Hematological Oncology and is a member of editorial board of several journals.
