Hugo Senra

Hugo Senra is an honorary lecturer at the School of Health and Social Care, University of Essex, Colchester, UK. Hugo Senra holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Portugal and has experience in adult mental health, psychotherapy, and long-term medical conditions. His research has focused on depression and anxiety in adults and elderly with chronic medical conditions, particularly irreversible vision loss, depression and anxiety in adulthood, psychotherapeutic outcomes, and eating disorders. In addition, he has previously done multidisciplinary clinical research in the context of NHS services at Central Manchester University Hospitals.
