Signe Bedsted Clemmensen

Signe Bedsted Clemmensen is a researcher in biostatistics at the Department of Public Health at the University of Southern Denmark. She has an MSc in mathematics and a PhD in public health (2024). Her area of expertise is the application of time-to-event methodology in twin studies.

She has experience in multi-disciplinary teamwork, especially projects including survey, register, and biobank data from the Danish Twin Register. Clemmensen has taken part in international collaboration in the Nordic Twin Study of Cancer (since 2019). She is co-founder of the Danish Twin Tattoo Cohort and recently had two papers accepted based on this.
