High-risk factors in patients with advanced ovarian cancer impact survival

It is often at an advanced stage patients are diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Even though most patients respond to first-line treatment, the rate of recurrence is high (70%). Newest findings suggest a cumulative number of specific high-risk factors to be associated with shorter time to next treatment (TTNT) and impact of overall survival (OS) in these patients. In this MEDtalk, Gynecologist and Oncologist Dana Chase, guides you through the study poster presented at this year ESMO Congress 2021.
