Daniele Noviello

Daniele Noviello, MD, graduated from medical school at the University of Pisa in 2018. He completed a Master’s Degree in Medical Sciences at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies with a thesis on the IL23-IL17 axis in 2020. In 2022, he spent a month as a visiting gastroenterologist at the Rabin Medical Center in Israel, under the supervision of Prof. Iris Dotan. In 2023, he graduated as gastroenterologist at the University of Milan with a thesis on a gut-resident IL-23-dependent Th17 cells subset in Crohn’s disease.
He is currently a PhD Student at the Translational Medicine PhD Program at the University of Milan, studying pathogenic Th17 cells’ clinical and biological implications under the supervision of Prof. Flavio Caprioli. Daniele is also coordinating a national (IGIBD) and an international (ECCO) clinical study on IBD real-life data.
