Kristine Højgaard Allin holds the position of Associate Professor and serves as a Partner at the Center for Molecular Prediction of Inflammatory Bowel Disease – PREDICT, located within the Department of Clinical Medicine at Aalborg University.

Kristine Allin combines clinical and molecular epidemiology to investigate risk factors driving inflammatory bowel disease development and progression, specifically focusing on microbiome-related factors and cardiometabolic comorbidity.
