Please follow the guidelines and material specifications below and upload your ad material to secure timely activation of your booking. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that your material is aligned with ENLI guidelines and regulations. 

Please use the booking ID from the booking confirmation when uploading the material.

Online Advertising 

Specifications apply to MEDtalk packages, Congress packages and Digital banner packages

• Webbanner: 320x320px – GIF, JPEG, or PNG.  

• Sweden only:  Webbanner: 980×250 – GIF, JPEG, or PNG.  

• Newsletterbanner: 600x250px. – GIF, JPEG, or PNG.  

• Company logo: High resolution, SVG-file preferred.

Native advertising 

Content for native advertising delivered must follow specifications and national regulations. The advertiser is solely responsible for ensuring that the content provided is aligned with specifications and regulations. 

The process for uploading and approving native content: 

  1. Advertiser uploads content, Text, visuals, and graphics in the template
  2. BestPractice Nordic designs and setup the native content elements for the advertiser’s approval
  3. Advertiser approves, and content will be activated according to the booking   

NB: We aim for as smooth process as possible, and allow 2 iterations during approval process 

Article: Max. 5,000 characters incl. space. Text file in Word format.  

Visual: 1000 px width x500 px  height 

1-3 Figures/tables: 300 PPI, SVG preferred, alternative PNG.

  • 1/1 page: Format 800 x 800 px.
    File format: JPEG or PNG.  
  • 2/1 pages spread: 2 x 1/1 page 
    File format: 2 files each 800 x 800px. -JPEG or PNG.

Event sponsor

As a Congress Sponsor your company logo is placed in different material,  congress specific websites, newsletters and on-site Event. 

NB: We initiate external advertising with company logo’s on various channels for the event 6 weeks prior to the specific event date.  

If the contract and logo are not signed nor received in a timely manner you will miss out on being part of the full promotion of event. 

  • Company logo: High resolution, SVG-fil preferred.

Magazine (Print)

  • 1/1 page Print Magazine ad: Format 210 x 297 + 5 mm bleed and cut marks + up to 1/1 page SPC (same specifications) 

Advertising in Digital Publications

E-Magazine (Digital) 

  • 1/1 page E-Magazine ad: 2480 x 3508px at 300 ppi –SPC is included on the same page 

Optional: You can share a link in the ad in the online magazine.

Advertising policy 

BestPractice Nordic accepts advertising from third parties (“Advertisers”), which may include banners, badges, contextual advertising, and content created or provided by an Advertiser. Collectively, these are referred to as “Advertisements” or “Advertising.” Advertisers have no influence on content.  

In addition, as used in this policy, the terms “Advertising” and “Advertisements” include third-party banners, modules, links, microsites, native advertisements, and other content provided by or on behalf of Advertisers. The Advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and objectivity of their Advertising. 

All Advertising on BestPractice Nordic analog and digital platforms is clearly and unambiguously identified. It is the Advertiser´s responsibility to comply with all domestic and foreign laws and regulations applicable to its Advertising within BestPractice Nordic platforms and to include all legally required legends, disclosures and statements in all Advertising material, including without limitation the current country-specific guidelines with regards to both marketing of pharmaceutical products and general regulations, ensuring that all guidelines for: Direct to Physician (DTP) and Direct to Consumer (DTC) advertising are met. BestPractice Nordic is not responsible for monitoring compliance with such laws and regulations. However, we reserve the right to review all Advertising for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and if BestPractice Nordic becomes aware of any breach or potential breach, we may remove the Advertising from our platforms and notify the Advertiser. 

No Advertising on BestPractice Nordic platforms shall include any pixels, tags, flash containers or any other type of information collection software code (any such pixel, tag, code, or device a “Pixel”) or shall place an beacons, cookies, or other information collection devices on the browsers of users of the BestPractice Nordic platforms unless expressly approved in writing by us.
