Migraine in Older Adults
The prevalence of migraine is age-related, peaks in the late 30s, and suggests an age-related remission. Treating migraine in older adults presents challenges due to atypical features, comorbidities, and limited evidence on therapy effectiveness. This article will propose guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of migraine in older adults.
