Trine Allerslev Horsbøl
Trine Allerslev Horsbøl is a nurse and an epidemiologist. She is Associate Professor at
The National Institute of Public Health, University of Southern Denmark.
Trine Allerslev Horsbøls main research field is clinical epidemiology. Most of her research has been within inequality in cancer and late effects after cancer. During the last years she has expanded her focus to individuals with diabetes and individuals with intellectual disability. Still, it is centered around the consequences of living with a disease or
condition, and on inequality in patient populations.
Besides doing research, she teaches epidemiology at different levels.
