Axicabtagene ciloleucel As Second-Line Therapy for Large B-Cell Lymphoma in Transplant-Ineligible Patients

Treatment with axicabtagene ciloleucel results in a high response rate and durable remissions in the group of patients with poor prognostic features (primary refractory or early relapse).
