Patients with NHL and CLL in B cell-directed therapies respond poorly to COVID-19 mRNA vaccination
Especially patients with non-Hodgkin lymphomas and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who are actively treated with or have received B cell-directed therapies have failed to produce anti-spike antibodies despite full courses of COVID-19 mRNA vaccination.
