PSMA PET Staging Significantly Improves Prognosis in Pelvic Node-Positive Prostate Cancer
This study, presented by Jerome Leow, aimed to compare the prognostic impact of PSMA PET staging versus conventional imaging on pelvic node-positive prostate cancer outcomes. Results showed that PSMA PET staging significantly improved biochemical failure-free survival and overall survival at four years, suggesting better prognosis and challenging the notion of incurability in these patients.
