Implementation of Early Specialized Palliative Care in an Oncologic Department
This article describes the first year in an early specialized palliative care clinic within an Oncologic Department. It presents the set-up, patient population, challenges, and implemented interventions. Patients were followed up or finished directly in the clinic.
